Returns Policy

If you need to return an incorrectly supplied, damaged, recall or faulty item, please contact us at (admin@incidentalltd.co.uk) to notify us within 14 days of receiving your products.

  • Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation

  • Returns cannot be accepted for any other reason

Please securely label and suitably package the goods in the original packaging, inclusive of all accessories, operating instructions and guarantee card. Unfortunately, goods cannot be accepted for credit if the seal has been broken or any outer packaging has been removed or damaged.

Returned goods must be received within 14 days of notification of intention to return. We advise you to obtain proof of posting for items being returned by post.

For our own brand handpieces, outside of warranty, we have we have created a straightforward pricing structure for ad hoc repairs. Our aim is to provide a high quality service with completely transparent, highly competitive pricing. The price you see is the price you pay, irrespective of the extent of repair required.

We aim for a 48 hour turnaround and will send your repaired handpiece back to you via Fedex courier.
