We recommend a round ended cylinder bur for the preparation of classic crown preparations. These burs naturally produce rounded shoulder preparations.
The 1.4mm version of the bur is especially helpful easy to access areas of the preparation and where a deeper margin is required (e.g. PFM).
This bur is a fine grit which is the coarseness we would recommend for preparation refinement.
