The motor has the smallest head in the Eighteeth range and the easiest to use when you have poor access.

The E-xtreme comes with a huge list of pre-set modes of functions and a very neat interface.

E-extreme has customisable settings and is compatible with all major file types (reciprocating & rotary files).

This motor is slightly less powerful than the other endodontic motors in the Eighteeth range with a maximum speed of 650rpm (more than enough for most file systems)

This motor also does not have the functionality to connect directly with an apex locator and harness functions like ‘Apical reverse’ and ‘Apical slow down.’

If you require direct apex locator functionality then look at the E-Connect pro and E Connect S models instead.
